Glulam: the maximum of timber

Glulam consists of at least three slats glued to each other. Multiple gluing provides a higher carrying capacity than normal timber. Besides very large cross sections and lengths are available. Glulam is dimensionally accurate and dimensionally stable and less susceptible to cracking. It maintains an equally good quality from a quality-controlled production. Glulam is a calculable building material due to exactly defined properties.
